The 48-Hour App Sprint
The sprint is a fixed-scope build-and-handoff service for focused applications that can be created entirely with the native capabilities of the selected rapid-development platform.
The sprint produces an interactive web application that demonstrates the features and user journey defined in the approved Product Requirements Document. The result can be clicked, tested, demonstrated, shared, and used as the foundation for additional development.
The sprint is designed to prove and demonstrate the product's central value. It is not represented as a fully tested, production-ready commercial system.

Victor reduces the idea to one focused user journey and identifies the features required to demonstrate its central value.
Victor prepares a Product Requirements Document describing the included screens, features, behavior, and expected outcomes.
The first working version is delivered for review in Victor's development environment within 48 hours of the official project start.
The client submits one consolidated list of approved features that are visibly broken or do not operate as described in the PRD. After the correction pass and approval, the project is transferred to the client's account.

Each included feature will describe the expected user behavior or outcome. The review version is complete when every feature listed in the approved PRD operates according to that description during reasonable testing of the agreed user flow.
Only features and behaviors included in the approved PRD are part of the $1,000 sprint.
The application remains in Victor's development environment during the review and correction process. The client receives one opportunity to submit a consolidated list of approved features that are visibly broken or do not operate as described in the PRD.

The $1,000 sprint works best when the product can be reduced to one clear primary user journey and built entirely with the native capabilities of the selected rapid-development platform.
The final included feature set is determined by complexity and documented in the approved PRD. Not all of these features can be combined in a single $1,000 build.
